EM'S FITCAMP
Fitcamp is a bootcamp style workout incorporating kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls, various types of cardio, bodyweight movements mixed in with A LOT of fun!
BOXFIT
A rotating 7-station boxing bootcamp workout with a mix of bag work and sparring with a trainer and other strength and cardio focused stations. No experience required. No experience required.
HITFIT
A combination fitnes class that combines the elements of our CrossFit and Fitcamp classes. Get the best of both worlds in a single session. No experience required.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Connect with one of very knowledgeable and experienced staff members to create a customized workout program catered to your goals and ability level.
FITFEST
Every Wednesday we offer a 3-part workout interval style workout that combines strength, cardio and bodyweight movements. It’s a long one but definitely a community favorite! No experience required.
EM'S FITKIDS
Fitness class for Kids where we utilize gym class-style games combined with the basic elements of CrossFit to get the kids moving and having fun while they move!
